Bradley Nies, Associate AIA
Graduate Architect

To the Elements team, Bradley brings over ten years of professional architectural experience and a real passion for sustainable design. Bradley has contributed to several key projects, including the City of Seattle’s Implement website, the New Belgium Brewery Master Plan and the University of Texas Health Science Center Flood Mitigation Action Plan.  Before joining Elements, Bradley was part of the BNIM Architects team where served as project architect on a number of projects.  Among those were the Montana State University EPICenter Pilot Project, a cutting-edge LEED® pilot project, and the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce.

Bradley’s enthusiasm for sustainability is evident in all aspects of his life, professional and personal. Bradley is an active participant in his local professional environmental organizations.  He serves as Co-Chair of the AIA Kansas City Chapter of COTE (Committee On The Environment) and is on the steering committee for the Greater Kansas City USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council). Bradley has also taken a personal initiative to track his impact on the environment in an effort to reduce his eco-footprint.
