With a thorough knowledge acquired in the field on LEED¨ compliance, materials selection, green specifications and indoor air quality, Phaedra manages a variety of responsibilities within Elements. She is the coordinator of all in-house Elements consulting projects has served as Elements Architect on a number of projects including the School of Nursing and Student Community Center at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston; the David and Lucile Packard Foundation Sustainability Matrix and Report in Los Altos; and the Louis & Clark Office Building for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources in Jefferson City. 

Also a member of the AIA COTE and a LEED Accredited Professional, PhaedraÕs approach to sustainability is holisticÑshe tries to incorporate it into everything she does. Leading by example, she organized the office recycling system as soon as she arrived at BNIM Architects and believes that effective collaborations impact the design process dramatically, in ways that go way beyond any individual contribution.
